Mediabharti Web Academy Launched To Train Online Journalists

Mediabharti Web AcademyFaridabad: Online conglomerate Mediabharti Web Solutions Friday launched its new venture Mediabharti Web Academy, at a simple function attended by social media activists, online journalists and bloggers.
The chief guest Radhey Shyam Gupta, Managing Editor, Mediabharti.com, said "the demand for trained hands, technically and journalistically was expected to increase in coming years as all media establishments in the country were keen to make their presence felt in the virtual world."
Mediabharti Web Academy will educate young aspirants in various technical and creative fields of On-line Journalism by providing sustainable quality education, training in a cyber-friendly environment. The courses will be in both Hindi and English.  
Dharmendra Kumar, director of the Academy told media persons that the courses were designed to meet the specific requirements of the industry. "Our courses are tailor-made to groom students in all the skills required for this stream. After a course with the academy, the trained students will be absorbed by various media websites, portals, industry platforms and social media outlets."
The students will be moulded into skilled, competent and socially-ethically responsible citizens who will lead the building of a powerful nation', Dharmendra Kumar added.
Giving details of the courses, he said that there were four courses available. These are 'Advanced Course On-line Journalism (Duration: 6 Months), Advanced Crash Course in On-line Journalism (Duration: 3 Months), On-line Course in Web Journalism (Duration: 3 Months) and Advanced On-line Course in Web Journalism (Duration: 3 Months).
