Domain name .भारत / कंपनी.भारत will be first offered in Sunrise period, Sunrise period is the priority registration period where the domain name will be offered to Trade Mark Holders or .IN domain names holders and once this period is over .भारत /कंपनी.भारत domain name will be available to general public openly without any restrictions.

Details of Sunrise Period (15th August- 31st October, 2014) is as under:
• Sunrise A: Indian Registrant holding Indian Trade marks (15 Aug.- 15 Sept., 2014).
• Sunrise B: Overseas Registrant holding Indian Trade Marks (1 Sept.- 15 Sept., 2014)
• Sunrise C: Existing Registrant holding ASCII domain name .in (1 Oct.- 31 Oct., 2014).
General Availability: Once the Sunrise period is over, anybody can register the domain name without any condition from 18th November, 2014 at 09:00 IST. From our website www.mediabharti.co.in. Details of this will be available later.
Sunrise Registration Process:
Sunrise A: Indian Registrant holding Indian Trade marks (15 Aug.- 15 Sept., 2014) and
Sunrise B: Overseas Registrant holding Indian Trade Marks (1 Sept.- 15 Sept., 2014) and
Sunrise C: Existing Registrant holding ASCII domain name .in (1 Oct.- 31 Oct., 2014)

Condition: 
1. Any Indian Entity or individual having Indian Registered Trade Mark or Overseas Entity or Individual holding Indian Registered Trade Mark can apply during this period for registration of .भारत  /  कंपनी.भारत domain names. (For Sunrise A and B)
2. Minimum Registration will be for Five years. (For All Sunrise i.e. A, B and C)
3. A Valid .IN domain name registration in the applicant's name for Sunrise C application.
