Netgear Launches Smart Wi-Fi Router

New Delhi: Enhancing its router range, Netgear has launched its smart Wi-Fi router - R6400 AC1750 priced at Rs.14,200/-.

New router comes with high power amplifiers, external antennas for better Wi-Fi performance and 80% more range than its predecessors. It also supports remote network management via ‘Netgear Genie app’.

According to press release, company claims that the router can provide up to 3-times faster Wi-Fi access than similar devices and more reliable streaming for computers and Wi-Fi enabled devices. It is compatible with next-gen Wi-Fi devices and also backward compatible with 802.11 a/b/g/n devices.

Users can also access home network, view real-time network map of all connected devices, check bandwidth usage, block other Wi-Fi devices, set up guest Wi-Fi users and can manage parental controls.

Router R6400 AC1750 comes with four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and has two USB ports. USB ports enable wireless access to content stored on USB hard drives from any device in network. Users can wirelessly access and share USB printer too through this device.
